Pupils used a digital tool entitled 'Book Creator' to plan, write, edit and publish their very own digital books. Their books were reports based on the theme of 'Sport'. Some of the sports chosen to research and write about were camogie, soccer, dog surfing, golf, rugby and even chess boxing!
These reports involved a great amount of effort and hard work which definitely paid off! The creation of their digital reports enabled the children to enhance both their writing and technological skills in tandem.
Once all the reports were completed we went to 2nd Class, our Buddy Class, to read our books to them. This was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by all involved!
