Pupils used a digital tool called 'Book Creator' to plan, edit, write and publish their own digital books. Their books were reports revolving around the theme of 'Sport'. Some sports written about include but are not limited to camogie, soccer, dog surfing, athletics, golf and even chess boxing! A huge amount of effort went into these reports resulting in the children advancing both their writing and technological skills.
Once all the reports were finished we went to 2nd Class, our Buddy Class, so that we could read our books to the younger pupils. This was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all involved!
