Third Class have made a wormery in preparation for our Science Fair on April 8th. We filled the wormery with layers of gravel, sand, soil and compost. Then we put some worms into the wormery and covered it with a black pillow case as worms don not like the light. We keep the soil moist and observe the worms every couple of days to see their burrows!
